Whether it's your first time seeking a reading, or whether you're a seasoned recipient, here's a few of the commonly asked questions.
What should I expect?
There's no crystals or tie dye (not that there's anything wrong with that) and you won't find Sarah behind a crystal ball. Expect a gentle conversation where Sarah connects with you and the Spirit World. Whether it's a psychic reading about your life, or messages from your loved ones - there is nothing spooky, negative or to be fearful of. If you are hoping for predictions of the future, the name of tall, dark and handsome and when he/she is coming into your life, or 45 minutes of entertainment please spend your money and time elsewhere. Sarah seeks to bring healing, comfort and reassurance to you and be the messenger for those in need.
Can I bring a friend?
If you're seeking a reading about your life, you don't want your reading hijacked by your buddy. Your booking is personal to you and if they're in the room, they are part of the reading.
If you're seeking a message from the Spirit World and you have a person in common, Sarah is happy to accommodate an extra person. Make sure to book the reading with an extra person as there is an extra fee.
Can I record the reading?
Absolutely. In fact, it's encouraged. Record in writing or on your device. Sarah doesn't record the appointment, so your reading is private to you.
What if I'm not happy with how the reading goes?
On rare occasions things just don't work. It's not you, it's not Sarah - it just is. In the event that a psychic or mediumship connection is not happening within the first 10 minutes Sarah will 'call it'. You also have the discretion to end the reading within the first 10 minutes. Sarah will organise a refund immediately. After 10 minutes, the reading is committed to and no refund will be provided from this point.
How long is the booking?
Bookings are for 45 minutes - 15 minutes longer than industry standard. This is where it can get awkward! Sarah is a big softie at heart but the next client is scheduled straight after you. Please arrive and depart on time.
I didn't make it to my appointment, what happens?
Refunds are not available for 'no show' appointments whether face to face or via Zoom.
